Shipping 

We ship worldwide from Germany with DHL and DHL Express. Orders within the EU will be shipped within 3-5 working days with DHL or 1-2 days with DHL Express. 

Shipping rates and estimated delivery time from dispatch date are determined after selecting your country of delivery at checkout. 

All orders are shipped securely in our signature packaging in a cardboard box unless you request gift wrapping at the checkout. Individual items are sent in recycled paper bags.

Please note, that orders outside the EU may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes according to regulations of your country of delivery, which The Mama Set cannot be held responsible for. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs regarding taxes and duties payable before placing your order. 

Please note, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning or exchanging items outside of Germany. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
