Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout and have no additional processing fees. The gift cards are valid for 12 months.

Gift Card balances do not have to be spent in a single transaction, and can be used as partial payment for orders of a higher value than the Gift Card.

Orders within the EU will be shipped within 3-5 working days with DHL, 1-2 days with DHL Express. Orders outside of the EU will have varied shipping times depending on the delivery destination.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days.

Within Germany returns & exchanges are free of charge with DHL.

All international returns and exchange costs outside of Germany are considered the responsibility of the customer.
