Shipping

The below shipping times are additional to the dispatch time (1-3 business days). This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays. 

Shipping rates and estimated delivery time from dispatch date are determined after selecting your country of delivery at checkout. 

All orders are shipped securely in our signature packaging in a cardboard box unless you request gift wrapping at the checkout. Individual items are sent in our branded recycled paper shipping bags.

Customs, Duties + Additional Costs

Orders placed for delivery within the European Union will not be charged for customs. Please be aware that orders outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes according to regulations of the country of delivery, these fees are the full responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs regarding taxes and duties payable before placing your order. 

If your country is subject to customs, please anticipate the payment of customs fees beforehand so that your parcel is not blocked on arrival. The Mama Set does not cover the cost of customs fees incurred for return items, so any parcel requiring payment on arrival will be refused and returned to the sender.

We cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

Returns + Exchanges

Please note, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning or exchanging items outside of Germany. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
