Returns & Exchanges
We hope that your purchase is perfect for you, however, if your purchase is not exactly what you had in mind, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days. Within Germany we offer free exchanges and returns for 4.90€ with DHL.
Please lodge your return request using the link provided below, indicating the items you wish to return or exchange.
Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging, including the tags. The items must be returned new and unworn. If you have received a cotton cloth with your order, it should also be included in your return.
Order Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to withdraw from your purchase, you can do so via the link below.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will simply need to return the items following our standard returns process, and we will process your refund once the returned package has been received at our warehouse.
In the case of an order cancellation / withdrawal outside of the EU after the order has already been shipped, the costs for the return shipping will not be refunded as per our standard returns policy.
Shipping costs associated with the return of items are considered the responsibility of the customer. Customers are welcome to return items via their preferred shipping provider. The Mama Set is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
Returns outside of this 14 day period are subject to rejection, The Mama Set reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
The costs of returns and exchanges for International orders outside of the EU or Switzerland are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to exchange an item in your order simply make the request via our returns portal link or alternatively request your refund and place a new order for the item directly.
If you refuse your order from The Mama Set you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order parcel to The Mama Set. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.
Return Limitations
Returns that are worn, damaged, altered or without original tags will not be accepted.
Returns that are received without prior notification via our returns portal.
Returns will not be accepted of The Mama Set purchases through external boutiques.
